What is your warranty?

• Bootycampactivewear will provide an exchange or refund within 30 days after purchase, for any product that was purchased with a manufacturing defect.

Do you offer refunds?

• Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds 

• BootyCampActivewear will only provide a full refund or exchange if there was a manufacturing defect in your purchased product. We are only responsible for damages caused by the manufacturing process or during transit.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

• Once your order has been placed, amendments and cancellations cannot be guaranteed but please contact us ASAP and if possible we will amend the order before shipping.

• If you request cancellation within 15 minutes of placing your order, we will attempt to cancel the order before it is dispatched. After 15 minutes we cannot cancel your order. 

• If you have entered the incorrect delivery address at checkout, you may not need to cancel your order. Get in touch via sales@bootycampactivewear with the correct address ASAP and we will do our best to help. Address changes cannot be guaranteed however will be attempted.
