Bootycamp Activewear is a Women's only fitness clothing line designed to empower females to feel confident while exercising and be who they want to be. I have been on a long and often uncomfortable journey with body confidence myself. Having exhausted all avenues of weight loss, muscle and weight gain over the course of several years, I finally found peace and happiness with my own body and stopped neglecting my health. In February 2020 I started up my fitness account to try to inspire women to get into weight lifting and start fuelling their bodies with proper food. I started receiving many messages asking for fitness and nutritional advice and from here I started my business in online coaching. Since then, I have helped over 180 girls change their bodies and mindsets while becoming their best, most confident versions of themselves. I feel truly grateful to have had the opportunity to help so many girls and make a positive difference to their lives. Not only do I want to help women to feel strong and empowered in their skin but I also want them to feel confident in their gym wear and be proud of who they are- and Bootycampactivewear was founded.
