Returns & Exchange policy

Refunds

Due to being a small business, we are not able to offer refunds unless faulty as stated below 

​

Returning a faulty item

​

In the event you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@bootycampactivewear.co.uk with the following information: 

​

- Your order number (found on the original order confirmation)

- Which item is damaged

- A description

- Photographic evidence

After we have confirmed the item is eligible for an exchange, please return the item to us within 14 days. Once we have received your return, we will email you to notify you and will make sure that your replacement is sent out quickly. Please note that if the replacement is not available, we will refund you the full price including any return package costs.

Exchanging an item

​

If you find that an item isn't perfect for you, submit an exchange request within 14 days from the date of delivery through sales@bootycampactivewear.co.uk, to exchange any item for another size or colour of the same product style. Please note that your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. After we have confirmed the item is eligible for an exchange, please return the item to us within 14 days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

 

Once we have received your return, we will email you to notify you and will make sure that your replacement is sent out quickly. Please note that if the replacement is not available, we will refund you the full price.
